TekkaBuzz Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Users

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the TekkaBuzz website or mobile application, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the TekkaBuzz platform regardless of how they access it — desktop browser, mobile browser or the TekkaBuzz Android app.

These terms should be read alongside the TekkaBuzz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where any promotion or bonus carries its own specific terms, those terms apply in addition to — and where there is a conflict, take precedence over — the general terms set out here.

TekkaBuzz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after a change has been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use TekkaBuzz you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TekkaBuzz does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual, for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on TekkaBuzz or have been permanently banned from the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of TekkaBuzz or any of its associated companies. Immediate family members of staff are also excluded from holding active player accounts.

TekkaBuzz may request proof of age or identity at any point. Until identity is verified to the platform's satisfaction, deposits, withdrawals and betting activity may be restricted. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the deposit source after verification of ownership.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one TekkaBuzz account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or fictitious details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts associated with you being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real full name, a valid Pakistan mobile number and a date of birth that correctly reflects your actual age. The name on your TekkaBuzz account must exactly match the name registered on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. If your mobile number or payment account changes, update your TekkaBuzz profile details promptly to avoid delays in withdrawals. TekkaBuzz is not liable for losses arising from outdated account information provided by the user.

TekkaBuzz reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage. During a verification check, withdrawal processing may be placed on hold until all requested documentation has been received and reviewed. This is a standard security measure applied equally to all accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on TekkaBuzz are conducted in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other registered mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method — refer to the Deposit page for current minimums.

Deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from a family member's wallet, a friend's bank account or any other account not registered to you — are not permitted. Deposits from unverified third-party sources may be reversed and the account placed under review.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. TekkaBuzz does not charge withdrawal fees on the platform side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa same day in most cases, Raast within a few hours, bank transfer one to two business days. First-time withdrawal requests may take slightly longer due to the one-time identity verification step. Subsequent withdrawals using the same verified account process normally without additional checks.

TekkaBuzz does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. Deposits suspected of being proceeds of fraud or other illegal conduct will be reported and funds held pending investigation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into your TekkaBuzz account are legitimately yours.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on TekkaBuzz are subject to the specific market rules published within each betting market. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable market rules for that event.

Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled by the user. Bets are settled according to the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body or data provider used by TekkaBuzz.

In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the published rules for that sport. For cricket — including PSL matches and international T20 fixtures — if a match is abandoned due to weather or other circumstances with no result declared, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the market rules specifically state otherwise.

TekkaBuzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. This applies equally to pre-match and in-play markets. Where TekkaBuzz suspects that a bet was placed with knowledge of a pricing error, the bet may be settled at the correct odds rather than voided.

• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. Current limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.
• TekkaBuzz reserves the right to limit the stakes of any individual player on any market at its discretion without prior notice.
• In-play bets accepted during a delay in the live data feed may be voided if the bet was placed after the outcome was already determined.
• Combination bets and accumulators are subject to the rules of each individual leg within the bet. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

TekkaBuzz offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and accumulator boosts. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. These general terms apply to all promotions unless the offer-specific terms state otherwise.

Bonus funds are separate from real money balances. Wagering requirements must be met using bonus funds before any winnings from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying bet types and time limit for each bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being banned.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including providing false registration details or using third-party payment accounts — will be cancelled along with any winnings derived from them.
• TekkaBuzz reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions with active bonus balances will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of the claim.
• Free bets have no cash value. If a free bet wins, only the net profit (winnings minus the free bet stake) is credited as real money.

Certain payment methods may be excluded from qualifying for specific promotions. This will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Deposits made via excluded methods will still credit to your real money balance but will not trigger a bonus.

7 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TekkaBuzz login credentials — your username, password and any one-time PINs received on your registered mobile number. TekkaBuzz staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any request claiming to be from TekkaBuzz asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

All activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are being used — is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. TekkaBuzz strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform, enabling any additional security features available in account settings, and logging out from shared devices.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact TekkaBuzz support immediately. The account will be temporarily locked pending investigation. TekkaBuzz is not liable for losses that result from a player sharing their login details with another person, whether intentionally or accidentally.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on TekkaBuzz and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other means to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, data feed delays or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from such activity are subject to cancellation.
• Match fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available. Any suspected involvement in match manipulation will be reported.
• Attempting to launder funds through the TekkaBuzz platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine betting activity.
• Using another person's account, payment method or identity on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or bonus terms.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing TekkaBuzz staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

TekkaBuzz uses monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns, account behaviour and payment anomalies. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review without prior notice. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

TekkaBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension include — but are not limited to — breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide identity documents when requested, or behaviour that TekkaBuzz considers damaging to the platform or its users.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or unrelated reasons, the verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting TekkaBuzz support. A voluntarily closed account cannot be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period. If the closure was requested as part of a self-exclusion arrangement, the account will remain closed for the full duration of the self-exclusion period regardless of any subsequent requests to reopen it.

10 Privacy and Data

TekkaBuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy covers what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to it.

TekkaBuzz does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors is limited to what is necessary to complete transactions. For full details, refer to the Privacy Policy page.

11 Limitation of Liability

TekkaBuzz provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and reliability — particularly during high-traffic events like PSL finals and international cricket matches — TekkaBuzz does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions caused by factors outside its control, including internet outages, third-party data feed failures or force majeure events.

TekkaBuzz is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own betting decisions. Sports betting and casino gaming involve risk. The outcome of any bet or game cannot be predicted or guaranteed. You bet at your own risk and accept that losses are a normal part of gambling entertainment.

To the maximum extent permitted, TekkaBuzz's total liability to any player in connection with any claim will not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises. TekkaBuzz is not liable for any indirect, consequential or speculative losses.

12 Changes to These Terms

TekkaBuzz may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes, TekkaBuzz will notify registered users via their registered mobile number or by a prominent notice on the platform.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Continuing to use TekkaBuzz after a change has been communicated means you accept the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

13 Responsible Gaming

TekkaBuzz is an entertainment platform intended for adults who choose to engage with betting and gaming in a controlled and responsible manner. We encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders before they start playing — not after.
