Visit the Register page and fill in your mobile number, email address, and a secure password. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile to verify your number. Once verified, your account is ready. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password" and choose whether you'd like to receive an OTP on your registered mobile number or a reset link to your email. Follow the steps in the message you receive. If your registered mobile number is no longer active, contact support via the in-app Help section to verify your identity through alternate means.

No. TеkkaBuzz allows only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are identified during the KYC (identity verification) process. If both accounts are found to belong to the same person, they may both be suspended, along with any PKR balance held within them. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the recovery process instead of creating a new one.

You'll typically be asked to upload a clear photo of your national identity card (CNIC) and a recent selfie. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. KYC is required before processing your first withdrawal to confirm that you are who you say you are and that you meet the 18+ age requirement.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. From there you can request a contact detail update. For security reasons, any change to your registered mobile number requires OTP verification on the current number first. If you no longer have access to the current number, contact the support team directly through the in-app Help section.

Withdrawals

Log in, go to your Wallet section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and confirm. Ensure your KYC verification is complete before submitting your first withdrawal request, as unverified accounts cannot process payouts.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa payouts tend to arrive faster, often within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers can take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. You'll receive an in-app notification once your withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.

Common reasons include incomplete KYC documents, an active bonus wagering requirement that hasn't yet been met, or a mismatch between your account name and the name on the payment method. Check your account notifications for the specific reason. If everything looks correct on your end and the withdrawal is still delayed beyond 48 hours, contact the support team with your withdrawal reference number.

TеkkaBuzz covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches. Available markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, over/under run totals, method of first dismissal, and ball-by-ball in-play markets during live fixtures. TеkkaBuzz displays odds in decimal format by default. To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake (in PKR) by the decimal odds. For example, a PKR 500 stake at odds of 2.50 returns PKR 1,250 (PKR 750 profit plus your original stake). Winnings are credited to your PKR wallet automatically once the match result is officially confirmed and settled.

If a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result, most pre-match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your PKR wallet. In-play bets placed after the match started may be settled differently depending on how many overs were completed. Specific rules for each market are detailed in the Terms and Conditions section.

Yes. In addition to cricket, TеkkaBuzz offers betting on football leagues and international fixtures, as well as esports tournaments. All sports bets use the same PKR wallet as your cricket bets and fish games — no switching between separate accounts or balances.
